We charge an affordable monthly subscription per user with no contractual tie in.
Can I download my information?
Yes, each data table and chart can be exported in excel, csv and pdf formats.
Is my information backed up?
Yes, your data is backed up on our European servers. You can also download your data and charts regularly for additional peace of mind.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is our secure payment gateway which is used to collect subscription payments.
What is the 14 day Free Trial?
We offer a 14 day free trial so that you can try out the Shareplant Toolbox application. We are sure you will love it, but if it doen’t meet your requirements you can cancel your subscription without charge within 14 days.
How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, just add your discount code and we will do the rest.
How do i cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by going to the “manage my subscription” menu and selecting “cancel”
Why does Toolbox automatically log me out?
For security purposes, Toolbox automatically times out after 2 hours of inactivity. To reactivate your account simply log back in.
Why do I have to log in separately to the various Shareplant products?
At the moment, Shareplant modules are separate products with unique log in systems. This requires you to log in and out separately. You may use the same log in details for both products.
What are the benefits of Shareplant Toolbox?

Why do you have different subscription plans?
Our aim is to make Shareplant Toolbox affordable for all types and sizes of company. We recognise that not everyone will need all of the Toolbox features, so we have grouped our modules into 3 subscription plans.
What types of device can I use to access Shareplant Toolbox?
Shareplant is fully compatible with all types of desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone devices.
How do I join Shareplant Toolbox?
Go to our Pricing page, select the plan that suits your requirements and complete your order. You will then be asked to register your company details.
What is the maximum number of users?
The number of users on your Shareplant Toolbox account is unlimited.
How do I add users?
Once you have registered your company and your main ‘admin’ user, you will be given access to the Administration module. From here, you can add your additional users.
What are user access levels?
Access levels determine which modules and tabs your users can see and use. It is important to assign the correct user access level to ensure
your data is only accessible by authorised users. View our chart to find out more.
Why is there a minimum of 3 users?
Shareplant Toolbox is about collaboration. In order for a team to collaborate, there needs to be more than one user.
